I started working as a Freelancer back in 2000 while finishing my Visual Communication Design degree at the Fine Arts Faculty, La Plata University, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The name Tahia is the way I used to pronounce my own name when I was a little girl. Natalia was too difficult!, and my parents say Tahia sounded the same to me, in a short way. So TahiaDesign was the name I felt close to my childhood.
In 2001 I started working as a University professor, teaching Corporate ID as part of the Visual Design subject. I also teached Design Technology I and II and Illustration.
In 2003 I started freelancing at RentACoder, a site that enabled companies to outsource projects and independent contractors to find work, one of the largest global freelance marketplaces of its kind. By 2005 I was in the TOP 5 ranking among 387,408 other Design Companies. We had more than 200 customers from around the world back then.
The portfolio of clients continued to grow and now there are more than 430 happy customers worldwide that are part of my journey. You can also be part of it!.
We are celebrating our 15th Anniversary this year, and I want to Welcome you to the TahiaDesign family! We’re happy to have you here.
